Shipping Policy

International orders of Musical Instruments are shipped directly through FedEx (door to door service) to your desired shipping address. In most cases, shipping cost for domestic/overseas shipments is calculated in actual or volumetric weight of the shipment. This also varies from country to country. The price mentioned of the Instruments does not include Custom Duties, Taxes etc. levied at the country of destination. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.

Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an online order for any destinations outside USA. We require your complete address with contact numbers for swift shipping. There are no returns/guarantees for overseas shipments. Defective items will only be replaced after accessing type of damage or depending on the circumstances. All Musical Instruments sent overseas would require special flight cases with covers to handle cargo shipment without exception!
