RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

 

Returns Policy:

Returns are only subject to replacement. Should you wish to make a replacement return you may do so provided you notify us on the same days of receipt of your instrument with valid and acceptable reason for replacement return and/or accessories except on custom instrument orders. No returns/exchange valid for shipping damaged instruments. There are no replacement returns for custom ordered instruments. Defective items will only be replaced upon receipt of the original item sent by you in the same state it was shipped by us. You must save your packing for replacement returns, instruments must be received in good condition and any damage from improper packing or handling will not be replaced. Shipping costs both to and from the buyer are not refundable in any case.

 

Shipping Policy:

International orders of Musical Instruments are shipped directly through FedEx (door to door service) to your desired shipping address. In most cases, shipping cost for domestic/overseas shipments is calculated in actual or volumetric weight of the shipment. This also varies from country to country. The price mentioned of the Instruments does not include Custom Duties, VAT, GST etc. levied at the country of destination.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges.

Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an online order for any destinations outside USA. We require your complete address with contact numbers for swift shipping. There are no returns/guarantees for overseas shipments. Defective items will only be replaced after accessing type of damage or depending on the circumstances. All Musical Instruments sent overseas would require special flight cases with covers to handle cargo shipment without exception!
