Online Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Online Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify powered online store. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth below.

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Customers may request to cancel their online order and receive a full refund within twenty four (24) hours from the time the order is successfully placed, provided that the payment has not yet been disbursed by Shopify to the Vendor.

If both conditions are met:

  • The cancellation request will be accepted.
  • A refund will be processed in accordance with the original payment method and applicable payment processing timelines.

2. Orders After the 24 Hour Period

Once the 24 hour cancellation period has expired, the order shall become non cancellable and non refundable, regardless of whether the order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

3. Store Credit

Where the payment has been disbursed by Shopify to the Vendor and a refund is not available under this Policy, any eligible amount approved by the Vendor shall be issued as Store Credit, subject to the Vendor's discretion.

The Store Credit:

  • Shall remain valid for sixty (60) calendar days from the date on which the payment was disbursed by Shopify to the Vendor.
  • May be used only for future purchases made through our online store.
  • Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Expiry of Store Credit

Any Store Credit that remains unused after the expiry of the 60 day validity period shall automatically expire.

Upon expiry:

  • The Store Credit shall become null and void.
  • No cash refund, extension, replacement, or revalidation of the expired Store Credit shall be provided.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this Policy shall limit or exclude any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws where such rights cannot legally be excluded.
